Molly B. Tehle

Molly Tehle brings nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience to Davis, having spent over a decade specializing in medical asset management. In her role as a Sr. Property Manager, Molly oversees all day-to-day operations for nearly 300,000 SF of medical outpatient buildings, working closely with large health systems and healthcare tenants. Her responsibilities include planning and overseeing tenant buildouts, managing capital improvements, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and serving as the primary liaison between tenants, vendors, and ownership. Known for her customer service focus, Molly excels at building strong relationships with healthcare providers and ensuring facility and tenant’s unique operational needs are met.

Molly began focusing on healthcare real estate management in 2013 while employed at IRET Properties. There she was assigned to a dynamic medical portfolio that included Southdale Medical Center in Edina and various urban and suburban properties. She then spent six years at Welltower Inc., overseeing a 600,000 SF medical portfolio spanning several states. Most recently, she served as General Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, where she oversaw management of multiple medical properties across the Twin Cities including the WestHealth campus in Plymouth, which she continues to manage for Davis.

Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Metropolitan State University and an Associate of Science in Business Computer Systems and Management from North Hennepin Community College. She maintains a Real Estate License in the state of Minnesota and is an active member of BOMA, where she served as chair of the Medical Special Interest Group Committee for many years. Outside of the office, Molly enjoys attending Broadway Across America productions, following Minnesota sports teams, and spending summer days on the lake.
