A Better Approach to Healthcare Real Estate

Thank you for inviting me today's groundbreaking for the new Minnetonka Medical Center. While I am unable to join you in person, I appreciate this opportunity to congratulate you on today's important milestone.

The new Minnetonka Medical Center will provide more of the quality healthcare that is essential for our communities to grow and thrive. The investment in this new facility by North Memorial Health Care will help ensure that members of the west metro area have access to the primary and emergency care and expertise they deserve.

Congratulations once again, and thank you for inviting me to today's groundbreaking celebration. It is an honor to serve you in the United States Senate.

I would like to thank each of you for the great work and outstanding advice you provided as we contemplated and ultimately made the decision to relocate our business to a new 245,000 sq. ft. corporate headquarters facility in downtown Minneapolis. In the end, the lease terms negotiated on our behalf for this transaction met or exceeded our expectations.

In 2018, MNGI Digestive Health opened a new Woodbury clinic and endoscopy center.  The market, location and building have met and exceeded all of our expectations.  Davis helped us analyze the market opportunity and then locate the optimal site and designed a building around our objectives.
