Melissa L. Gomes

Melissa has over eight years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with an affinity for property finance. Prior to joining Davis, Melissa co-managed a Class-A office building while also independently overseeing the financials for nearly one million square feet of commercial space. Her proactive approach to financial strategy brings a unique insight into how to best meet the independent fiscal goals of each client while remaining corporately resourceful. Her understanding of the intricacies involved in both ends of the business create a natural bridge between the property management and accounting teams, increasing efficiency between the departments.

Melissa graduated from Gonzaga University with a Bachelors of Business Administration. She is an active BOMA member and is currently pursuing her CCIM designation. In her free time she enjoys being an advocate for the city in which she lives as a Parks and Recreation Commissioner. She also enjoys creating handmade crafts and spending quality time with her husband and two young daughters.
