Melissa L. Gomes

Melissa has over 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with an affinity for property finance. Her proactive approach to financial strategy brings a unique insight into how to best meet the independent fiscal goals of each client while remaining corporately resourceful. Her understanding of the intricacies involved in both ends of the business create a natural bridge between the property management and accounting teams, increasing efficiency between the departments.

Melissa graduated from Gonzaga University with a Bachelors of Business Administration. She is an active BOMA member and is currently pursuing her CCIM designation. In her free time she enjoys caring for the animals on her hobby farm and spending quality time with her husband and two young daughters.
