As a Brokerage Associate at Davis, Katie contributes to the firm’s growing healthcare real estate portfolio by developing and executing leasing initiatives that attract quality tenants and enhance asset performance. Katie earned her degree in Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and is an active member of NAIOP, where she enjoys connecting with peers and staying engaged with emerging trends in healthcare and commercial real estate.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys traveling, crafting, spending time with her husband and two children, and cheering them on at their sporting events.
