Hannah G. Emeott

Hannah started with Davis in 2021 as a Property Accountant and is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the company’s financial data. Her job duties include reporting on multiple properties, preparing monthly financials, and acting as a bridge between the Property Management and Accounting teams. Beyond being flexible, adaptable and a team-player, the Davis team also appreciates her detail-oriented nature and hard-working, positive attitude. 

Prior to working at Davis, Hannah was a Property Accountant for three years at CBRE. She was responsible for providing full-cycle accounting, generating financial packages, researching and resolving accounting issues and helping with process improvement. 

Hannah graduated from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota in 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance. In her free time she enjoys coaching swimming and spending time with family.
