Woodlake Medical was acquired in 2023 as a result of the positive long-standing relationships Davis had built with the property’s previous tenant-owners. Woodlake Medical represents one of the 19 transactions within this fund’s 820,000 square foot portfolio, which collectively represents approximately $300 million in AUM. As a stabilized healthcare asset with long WALT, it aligned with Davis’ investment criteria targeting strategically located, Class A medical buildings with financially stable tenancy. The building features an ambulatory surgery center (ASC) with two operating-rooms as well as ophthalmology and ear, nose and throat (ENT) services.
