Project Overview

Davis acquired WestHealth outpatient medical complex, a premier 201,000-square-foot property located at 2805, 2855, and 3005 Campus Drive in Plymouth, MN, for $72 million in Fall of 2024. The complex consists of two outpatient medical buildings, an ambulatory surgical center (ASC), and an emergency/urgent care facility. Priced at nearly $360 per square foot, this acquisition is one of the largest single-asset sales in the Minneapolis/St. Paul market in 2024.

Anchored by Allina Health, which occupies 146,000 square feet (73% of the total RSF), WestHealth serves as a critical outpatient hub for the region, consolidating multiple healthcare providers and offering a broad range of specialized services. Its prime location along I-494 provides convenient access to the growing west metro.

The relationship between Davis and Allina Health dates back more than three decades. As services provided by Davis have expanded over that time to include development, investment, property management and ownership, Allina Health has been both a client and anchor tenant of numerous projects. It was only natural when this asset became available for acquisition that Davis, a tenant-friendly owner well-known by Allina Health, would pursue the property.
