Plymouth Medical Building

The Plymouth MOB development originated from Davis’ longstanding relationship with Fresenius Kidney Care. Fresenius sought to expand into the underserved Plymouth market but the available properties were primarily general office and warehouse space, which did not meet their clinical standards for visibility, access, or quality. After conducting a rapid market search, Davis identified a 13,900-square-foot former Park Nicollet clinic with frontage along Highway 55 as a strong repositioning opportunity. With capital secured through its investor network, Davis promptly acquired the asset and initiated redevelopment.

To maximize speed to delivery, Davis executed a two-phased approach. Phase I renovated the existing space on an accelerated timeline, enabling Fresenius to begin operations in just seven months. Phase II expanded the building by 16,000 square feet, converting the property into a multi-tenant medical facility that broadened services.

The completed project exceeded Fresenius’ expectations for access, visibility, and cost efficiency, positioning Plymouth Medical as a lasting healthcare resource for the community.
