Davis developed a 12,000-square-foot, Class A single-tenant medical building for Midwest ENT in the Vadnais Heights submarket of the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area. As a long-standing client, Davis had completed a strategic real estate plan for Midwest ENT that recommended the relocation of the Maplewood Clinic to a market with more favorable demographics. Davis secured a site in Vadnais Heights that provided easy access for its Maplewood patients but also offered exposure to the more affluent east metro suburban market.
