Maple Grove Specialty Center

Davis worked with MNGI Digestive Health to identify the optimal market for a new clinic/surgery center to service the Northwest quadrant of metropolitan area.  Based on demographics, travel patterns, competitive and complimentary healthcare providers, Davis recommended Maple Grove.  It then presented MNGI with a range of existing, proposed, and potential medical office development opportunities. MNGI selected a development site near the Maple Grove Hospital that provided high visibility and excellent access. Davis secured the site and commenced development of a 45,000 square foot medical office building. Although MNGI committed to only 50 percent of the space, Davis took the risk on the other 50 percent to create a larger building presence (enhancing visibility) and to provide MNGI with a market leading cost structure (spreading the fixed costs over a larger basis).
