Davis stepped into a critical development role when it acquired this 45,000-square-foot, Class A Medical Outpatient Building positioned on a prominent medical campus in Jamestown, ND. After negotiating a favorable lease structure on behalf of its client, Essentia Health, Davis also assumed the remaining development responsibilities when the original developer defaulted on its agreement with the hospital. Located at 2430 20th Street SW, this multi-tenant building is strategically positioned just off I-94 and directly attached to the Jamestown Regional Medical Center.
Anchored by the Essentia Health-Jamestown Clinic, this MOB serves as a comprehensive outpatient hub offering over 25 medical specialties to the community. Services range from primary care, including family medicine and pediatrics, to specialized care such as cardiology, oncology, obstetrics, and fertility treatments. The building also houses advanced services including imaging and radiology, infusion therapy, and outpatient physical therapy.
Davis’s involvement in this project exemplifies the company’s problem-solving approach and commitment to its healthcare clients. When the original developer encountered difficulties, Davis leveraged its expertise to honor the previously negotiated lease terms with Essentia Health while successfully securing lease commitments for the remaining space in the building. The successful completion ensured that much-needed medical services could be delivered to the Jamestown community without delay.
