This property was one of three medical buildings acquired simultaneously in the state of Tennessee (Hartmann Medical Center, Smyrna Medical Plaza, and Crossings Medical Plaza). These assets were purchased from a prominent healthcare developer out of Nashville to provide immediate scale and market entry into this dynamic healthcare landscape, all within a concentrated radius. The properties feature a strong tenant mix that combines major health systems (including HCA/Heritage) alongside large independent physician groups, creating diverse, system-anchored occupancy.

Being located in a medical corridor east of downtown Nashville, Crossings Medical Plaza is well-positioned to serve groups with operational ties or referral relationships to the Summit/HCA network.
