Southdale Medical Center Phase lll

Davis provided landlord representation services with IRET on the third building expansion to the Southdale Medical Center Campus in Edina. We successfully leased the building to 96% including Fertility Lab Sciences, OBGYN Associates, DaVita Dialysis and several other specialty medical clinic tenants. This new building allowed for needed campus expansion and larger floor plates and included a new 5-level parking ramp attached to the building. Davis’ creative and focused marketing efforts created a very successful expansion for IRET.
