Noran Neurological

Noran Neurological needed expansion on the East side of the Twin Cities and utilized Davis, as it’s long time real estate advisor to create and implement this effort. We completed a comprehensive market study and reviewed all existing building options in the Woodbury/Lake Elmo area market. The existing universe of options did not meet the specific needs of Noran. A focus on new development options provided a prime site with very good interstate access. Davis was able to aggressively pursue the purchase of the site, design and price a building that Noran could anchor that met all of their needs. Noran enjoys large signage opportunities, superior visibility and access to the building, a prominent welcoming entry and outdoor spaces for its staff. This completed an important market expansion for Noran on-time and on budget.
