Project Overview

Be The Match engaged Davis to assist them in their corporate headquarters build to suit relocation project. Davis navigated all market options that fit their criteria and did extensive study on city incentives, parking, public transportation and space programing needs. We narrowed the options to a renewal/expansion at their current building and a new build to suit to be developed by United Properties near the Twins Stadium in downtown Minneapolis. A very favorable long term lease was negotiated that allowed them to relocate their corporate headquarters and design an efficient floorplate with several employee amenities and a wonderful showcase space for the Foundation. This project has provided an optimal location for Be The Match to continue it’s important lifesaving mission.
