Project Overview

Davis provided comprehensive project services to North Memorial Health that included a detailed market study into new areas that were lacking a full platform of medical services. Through a detailed demographic study, Davis was able to target specific sites in Minnetonka that best suited their needs. As a mature, residential market area- there were no readily available sites to accommodate the project size. We assembled 7 sites that included 3 homes and successfully worked through neighborhood questions and concerns. The City and neighborhood now has full service medical office building that is fully occupied by North Memorial Health that provides urgent care, pharmacy, surgery center, and primary care to the surrounding community. This new project provided a strong new market area for North Memorial to continue to grow their patient base and provide needed services to area.
